Republicans, the time is NOW.

We are Republicans in a deeply blue state, but Carroll County has always stood strong, independent, and conservative. Carroll has always been a grassroots community that people move to to have a better life, better schools, and a better community. Democrats are determined to flip the remaining red counties in Maryland. This is evident by the unconstitutional redistricting and the contest every seat movement.

 WHY “CONTEST EVERY SEAT” MATTERS

Democrats are running a “contest every seat” strategy in Carroll County — and Republicans need to understand exactly what that means.

They are contesting every single seat, not because they’ve found great candidates, but because they believe numbers, money, and persistence can eventually wear us down.

It’s not about qualifications, experience, or community roots.

It’s about putting a name on the ballot — any name — just to try to flip seats.

They are recruiting bodies, not leaders.

Why does this matter?

Red counties don’t flip because voters change overnight — they flip because Republicans get complacent, skip primaries, ignore local races, and assume someone else will protect the county.

That mindset is how we lose.

Carroll County is Republican because Republicans have shown up, spoken up, and stood firm. If we want to keep it that way, we must DEFEND every seat!

This is not the time to sit back.

This is the time to engage.

This is not just about one race or one cycle.

This is about protecting our values, our schools, our communities, and our local control.
